(1) The MPPPA Pet Pig Photo Competition is only open to residents of Australia. (2) Entry to the competition is FREE. (3) All entries/photo's must be owned by the submitting person. (4) All photo’s in each category will be pre-approved before entry and an acceptance email sent. (5) By submitting an entry to the MPPPA Pet Pig Photo Contest 2010, you agree to allow the MPPPA to display the photo/s on the MPPPA web site. (6) Names will not be displayed with the photo/s while being judged. (7) The winners name will be displayed with the winning photo/s on the MPPPA web site. (8) The competition will be judged by the public and the decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. (9) No entry materials will be returned to contestants. (10) The MPPPA will not be held responsible for photo’s lost in transit, mislaid, misdirected, damaged or submitted after the contest deadline. (11) The MPPPA will not be held responsible for submissions that are a breach of copyright. (12) All rights to the photos remain the property of the entrant/photographer. (13) All entries must be received into the MPPPA Pet Pig Photo Contest by: 31st of March, 2010. (14) Winners will be announced on the MPPPA web site. (15) First Prize is a 1st place ribbon and a 1st place Certificate displaying the Winning Photo + One year free MPPPA associate membership, this will be posted to the winning entries. (16) By submitting an entry to the MPPPA Pet Pig Photo Contest 2010, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry.
